Welcome to Innerrise. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products

Innerrise offers print-on-demand products featuring pre-designed graphics. All products are produced by our Canadian supplier after you place your order.

2. Orders and Payment

  • We accept payments via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • All orders are fulfilled by our trusted Canadian production partner and shipped directly to the customer.

Canada

Estimated delivery time: 1 to 8 business days after production.
No customs or import fees apply for Canadian customers.

United States

Estimated delivery time: 3 to 10 business days after production.
Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.

International (outside Canada and the U.S.)

Estimated delivery time: 10 to 30 business days depending on destination.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable fees.
Innerrise is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by customs or local carriers.

Please note: All delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, order volume, and other factors outside our control.

4. Returns and Refunds

5. Intellectual Property

All designs and graphics displayed on Innerrise are the intellectual property of Innerrise and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Innerrise is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third parties, such as shipping carriers or customs authorities. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service but cannot guarantee delivery times.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Quebec. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Quebec.
