Refund and Returns Policy

At Innerrise, all our products are printed on demand after you place an order. This means each item is produced using fixed designs from our store, ensuring quality and minimizing waste. Because of this:

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or ordering the wrong size.
  • We accept claims only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Claims must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order.

To make a claim, please contact us directly at support@innerrise.ca with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the defect or issue

Once we receive your claim and photos, we will review it and offer a refund or replacement if the claim is valid.

Please note:

  • We do not require physical returns for defective items — refunds or replacements are processed without returning the product.
  • Claims submitted after 10 days cannot be accepted.
